    I was skeptical to eat sushi from a van, but I was craving it and this happened to be the food truck available at my office last Wednesday. The convenience just couldn't be beat. I came up to the van, no line, uh oh...should I turn back? Should I drive out to the sushi restaurant a couple blocks away instead? Just then I heard a sweet lady's voice, "Hello" ... ugh, too late now. I said 'Hi' back and proceeded to look at the menu. I ordered the baked lobster roll as it was one of the ones marked as *popular. I ate it back in my office and was pleasantly surprised as how tasty it was! It tasted as good as any local sushi joint. If you see them, give them a chance. You might be surprised.

    I'm embarrassed that I have no pictures of our food.... because we devoured it....lol. We had the Van at our large church gathering tonight and I was amazed at the speed Chef Chris got everything out in! We had the Shrimp Tempura roll, spicy Tuna roll, and sushi burritos. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Thank you Chef Chris for your wonderful service and amazing food! May God continue to bless your business!!!
